does not appear to be new
The caddy works but the acrylic rim is flawed, damaged or it is a used item. I'm not returning it as usable and once under the planter looks OK but will buy elsewhere next time.

Nice size for larger plants
I would buy this again. It is nice and big so holds large pots.
