If you miss New Orleans ...
Back in the old (pre-Amazon) days, I'd pack a couple of jars in my luggage on every return trip to NOLA. Now I don't need to even GO to NOLA! I love this stuff! My suggestion is "ACCEPT NO SUBSTITUTES!" Central's is THE best olive salad.

Amazing Olive Salad
Twice as much for the same price if I buy what is supposed to be a comparable brand in my local Kroger. This is the real deal. Use it on sandwiches, in salads for to top baked fish. Wonderful flavor. I use it every day - I just added it to my homemade potato salad for an added kick, and it went over like gangbusters. Put a tablespoon worth on top of the fish you are getting ready to broil or bake for a flavor that will not overpower.

Oil leaked all over package...4th time...Enough already!
I love this product, but the last 4 jars I received (2 pack) had leaked all over the inside of the bubble wrap and box. This is the second time, in fact it has been the last two orders. I am totally fed up with wasting money. I would like to know why I can not receive a refund for a product that is inedible? The packaging is inferior and after reading other comments, I see other customers are having the same problem. Again, the olive salad is delicious, when edible, but not when the oil leaks out all over. Refunds or credits should be available.

Great mixture
What I liked was all olive oil, no other juice. Great to add to a salad. Reminds me of an Italian olive mixture.

Broke jar of central grocery olive salad. How do I get a replacement??
Great with anything specially sandwiches.Take a crusty loaf of your favorite bread. Cut in half and hollow out some of the inside. Use olive salad on bottom half. Now put the meats. Mortadella salami a good ham some provolone cheese and Swiss. Put olive sandal on top and wrap with cellophane tight. Refrigerate over night then cut slices and enjoy the best sandwich known to mankind.
