Looks expensive at an affordable price
We bought two of the 8 feet runners and they look beautiful. They certainly looks more expensive than they are. They are at the entrance of the front door where a lot of dirty shoes come in and walk on the rug and it has cleaned easily. The best part is that it hides a lot of the stains and doesnt show up.

So soft and pretty
Needed to “refresh” some items in our home. Hesitated because these are “thinner” looking than the old school rugs and runners we have now. Got them in and am soooo happy! I love the way they look and feel under my feet - with or without socks/shoes. Great value for the cost and not surprised being they’re J Gaines product.

This rug is SO soft! I was impressed! I love the texture detail as well, it’s like the design is raised a bit higher than the carpet itself. Looks luxurious

Not a 10 foot runner. It runs short.
The rug is lighter in person than I expected but pretty. More importantly, It is not 10 feet. It measures 2feet 8inches by 9’10inches. I made sure it laid flat for a while before measuring it. I bought it with the expectation of 10‘ runner. I really wanted a 12foot runner but this brand goes from 10 feet to 14 ft. While the rug is pretty the dimensions in the description is not accurate and measures 2 inches shorter. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT.

It is so pretty in person
I purchased the gray/mist pattern to replace a more modern area rug for my dining room that had seen better days. It's a little lighter in person than the computer pic (pic looks charcoal in areas and this is full on gray with a washout look); and the areas that are peach/salmon are more a buff or beige color IRL. I still love it!Very soft underfoot and substantial/heavy.Just received yesterday so don't know about ease of cleaning and stain resistance (I will be spraying with scotch guard to help with that).Received 11/10 when projected 11/18-- happy about that, too.Great price for the quality! Super happy with my purchase :)

Ugly...Very Ugly!
Hands-down, the absolute ugliest rug I have ever seen. I have tried to get used to it, but it looks absolutely horrible. Not happy at all with my purchase.

Soft, pretty print, delivered carefully
I was a little concerned due to low reviews but my friend highly recommended this brand and I loved this specific print. The pictures were taken the day it got to my house so obviously it will take time for it to fully take it’s perfect shape but I was happy with delivery and quality.

Good but a little pricey
The mat came super fast. I got the 2x3 foot so I could use it as a little door mat in my apartment. I didn’t expect the mat to be so thick. It’s a nice soft material feels like a soft carpet almost. But had I known it was high pile and more like a carpet I wouldn’t have purchased for my doorway. Other than that it’s really beautiful and my cat likes it a lot. I feel like I could have gotten something for a better deal in -store I’m not sure it’s worth the price but I like it so I will keep it
