I started taking this because I noticed my skin wasn’t as hydrated or firm as it used to be. So far, I’ve noticed my skin feels more hydrated and, I think it may also be helping with my joints. They seem to recover a bit better after exercise. Easy to swallow and no strong taste.

I like to wait with my reviews to see how is the product over the time. So been using it from 2 weeks and tbh, the capsules are small and very easy to swallow. As I'm a long time user of vit B complex (I'm celiac), can say when it works or not. These capsules works I think best then the usual brand I've used, and also have choline and inositol included, which helps your liver to stay healthy. Good for me as that means 1 less tablet a day. So overall verdict- I found amazing product which works, is easy to swallow and contains everything I need. New holly grail to me!

finding a capsule with methylfolate and methylcobalamin is just what I was looking for as it helps with my anaemia. I liked this so much I gave my daughter a tub and my granddaughter to. Easy to swallow and in a pretty package they feel really special and have made a difference for me. I will order them again for us.

I love this B complex I have tried a few different ones but I can definitely say I have the best results with Birch & Wild . It has helped cleared my sons cradle cap that after 14 years nothing else did and has also helped my daughter with her ADHD as contains a strong dose of folate and B12 in the right form to aid Methylation helping detox heavy metals and improving her sleep and if you have a child /teenager with ADHD I’m sure you already know what I’m talking about . Will keep buying and definitely recommend it .

So I've taken B Complex from various sellers and so far, these ones have been the worst. I took 2 per day and soon after I started taking them I noticed that I went to the bathroom several times during the night-every night. NO, it was not due to my eating or drinking habits, nor was it from stress, nor was it from when I went to bed etc. I did think that maybe something else was causing my going to the toilet several times during the night, not sure what that could've been as I've not changed anything regarding eating/drinking/stress/when I go to bed/work/supplements/apricots/cardboard...you get the picture! Funnily enough, almost as soon as I stopped taking these capsules, the several trips to the bathroom during the night stopped! Still, I thought I'd give them another go-and you never guess what? The several trips to the bathroom started all over again-woo hoo! I'm sure there'll be people who will say 'Some people found that taking these capsules made them go to the bathroom several times during the night, well it never happened to me' To which I say: 'Wow dude, awesome! How awe-inspiring, give yourself a lovely pat on the back & pour yourself a nice drink!' Despite the possible life-changing type of comments above, I'm afraid that yeah, they made me use the bathroom several times during the night.
