Not really a book
Books have tables of contents and page numbers. Workout books have diagrams of exercises and specific tips and instructions. Books are written coherently. This is none of those things. It's more of a blog post, written by some lunkhead with a high school education who lives in his mom's basement and is trying to make money for video games. Do not spend your money on this book. It was such a waste of time and money that it made me mad that I had to take the time and effort to return it. I would give it zero stars if I could. You'd do FAR better grabbing the monthly fitness magazine from your local GNC store. Those have actual workouts and weight management articles in them.

Lots of platitudes and opinions
I expected expertise, science, data. Instead got opinions, platitudes, and lots of repetition. I truly wish I had my money back.

Poorly written
A lot of “ you could do this or maybe that”. Not a lot of solid direction. A ton of grammatical errors. It honestly read like it was written by my 16 year old son. Needs far more research to be giving the advice he’s trying to give.

Vague
The information is vague and general common sense. Does not have any specific guidelines.
