piccolo disguido nella consegna
Il prodotto è esattamente ciò che desideravo.Molto cortese e preciso il venditore specialmente per via di un disguido da parte del corriere che aveva annotato un indirizzo completamente errato e nemmeno aveva telefonato al momento della consegna verificando la possibilità di rimediare (a che scopo chiedere il numero di telefono se poi non è utilizzato al bisogno). Al contrario il venditore, dopo il reclamo al servizio clienti amazon, mi ha prontamente chiamato per gestire il disguido scusandosi gentilmente.Nonostante questo il pacco è stato consegnato regolarmente, sebbene con due giorni di ritardo rispetto a quanto annunciato per disguido del corriere (comunque nei tempi rispetto a quanto inizialmente annunciato nell'annuncio di amazon).Pertanto: VENDITORE OK!, CORRIERE KO
