Smells great but didnt work with energizing.

This sent made me dizzy and felt sick to my stomach....

Whenever I feel lack of energy and concentration, I inhale this himalayan salt inhaler. Using this aromatheraphy product, it gives me energy and feel less tired. Glad I bought it!

Should be cheaper, but a good purchase

I am not generally a believer in folklore science, especially since I am a scientist, and Himalayan Salt fell right into that category as far as I am concerned.A few years back, my wife tried to tell me that a Himalayan Salt lamp that she got for her office was helping her breathe by reducing the nasal stuffiness that she was experiencing.Of course, I told her that her anecdotal experience was probably just a coincidence compounded by a desire on her part to have it work. As I experienced nasal congestion and dry mouth when I slept, I agreed that she could put a Himalayan Salt lamp in our room; if nothing else, it was attractive and cast a pleasant light when lit.To my surprise, my stuffed nose was clear the next night and the night after, and, with rare exception, it is clear to this day. How it works, I don’t know, but it sure seems to have some effect.I thought that this was an interesting product to carry with me, especially when I hike where allergies and heavy breathing will affect my breathing.The inhaler is pleasantly scented and, again, seems to work for me. I can’t speak to the claims of increased energy; I did not notice any difference, but when I started to feel congested, I inhaled the salt about 5 times (the package suggests 10), and I started to breathe better. I still can’t tell you why it works for me, but I recommend giving it a try; you might find yourself as surprised as I have been. My husband is continually stuffed up and uses the traditional nose sprays and stuff like that. They work, but don't last the entire time between doses. I researched some natural ways to help and found that aromatherapy was highly recommended. He really likes the smell of this blend and it does a great job clearing out his nasal passage to help him breathe when he's feeling congested. I know it's a temporary solution, but it does really help him. He hasn't noticed any changes regarding focus or energy, just breathing. This is an good product, but overpriced. I've found similar products for half of the price. I don't see anything significant that would necessitate the large difference in price. I probably wouldn't get this again, due to the price. If the price was lower, I'd definitely purchase it again.

I have been having strange mini panic attack/dizzy spells in public where I feel like I might pass out lately. I can’t figure out what the trigger is but I ordered this Himalayan Salt Inhaler so I can keep it in my purse and smell it when I feel the first sign of not feeling normal. The essential oils have a lovely but intense scent and it helps me to prevent the panic faint feeing. I also have been using it if I feel tired in the afternoon and it gives me a gentle boost. I also like that the lid seals nicely so oil doesn’t drip in my purse. It’s perfectly compact for taking on the go. The salt crystals are beautiful to look at. I need to check out the other varieties of salt inhalers.

I do breathing exercises and use essential oils together. I experience debilitating fatigue and try anything for extra energy. Nothing gives me energy and this didn't either. The smell doesn't seem artificial and I use it regardless of any effect with alternate nostril breathing. The glass bottle and cotton plug work well and the smell is strong. This is a much better idea than my other metal inhalers or the plastic ones I've seen. This could make a good gift for the right person.
