I have a number of geeni , mercury innovations & ihome (all same company I believe) products from the smart lightbulbs outside the smart lightbulbs inside the smart, garage door, opener and cameras definitely a great line of products from this company. Very easy to add these lightbulbs to the app and control from there everything from scheduling them on and off or dimming them, etc…)

Strange ceiling fan takes these sized bulbs. They are plenty bright and connect to wifi quickly. I can turn on the fan and lights at the switch then turn off the lights after collapsing on the bed. They are ready to be turned off with voice immediately. I'm not sure what more you could possibly ask.

I bought 2 sets (4 bulbs) of these Geeni Lux Candle Candelabra bulbs. Getting them to connect to my WiFi was easily one of the Top 10 Most Frustrating Experiences of my life. I was finally able to connect 3 of them over two different weekends, at least 7 cumulative hours of attempts, restarting my router four times, restarting my phone 7 times, deleting at reinstalling the Geeni app at least 10 times, and entering my WiFi password probably more than 50 times (I started counting midway through day 2 and got to 34.) It was like you had to enter your WiFi password in order to get to the screen where you enter your WiFi password. And then you had to verify that entry by entering your WiFi password. At least 6 times on every single attempt. It was seriously horrible.Now that the bulbs are finally set up they seem to work fine, so far. But I can guarantee I will never, ever, ever repurchase these bulbs, and I recommend that you do not buy them either. Unless you like ultimate frustration, then go for it.

I like that I can adjust the color of the lighting from warm to cool, but I’m disappointed that I can’t use my Alexa to turn the lights on or off. That was my primary reason for buying them.

This product is great for our ceiling fan, and works exactly as advertised. Simply connect them to the app, then its just a matter of asking our google home to turn on or off, or dim the lights. Very easy to use. Must have for any smart home set up.

Works well. Didn't realize I had to install their specific app to get it to interact with Alexa. But works fine once that is done works well.
