Compact Door Alarm with 16ft X 12ft Detection Area, 70dB Volume - 9V Battery Operated Alarm for Smaller Stores

I purchase this unit as a entry door chime for my wife's retail shop. I installed it inside on a door entrance overhang and have it pointed down toward the entry door. I followed the enclosed instructions and set the unit for a single chime. You can also set for a double chime ("ding-dong"), and you can change the chime volume. I'd recommend putting a piece of electrical tape over the electronic sensor after you install the battery and while you are handling and installing the unit because it will chime constantly otherwise. Then you can take off the tape and start your tests and adjustments to the unit. Overall, a great way to monitor business or home doors for entry and exit.

This does exactly what it says it does. Plays a chime when motion is detected. We have it mounted on the ceiling above the area of concern. It was easy to install, only requires a 9V battery. We were able to easily adjust the volume. While we did not readily see where the chime adjustment was, we were quickly installing it. We are going to go back over the unit instructions to see if we can adjust the chime from ding-dong to just ding.

I had one for 7 years. The old one had a relay system with had a door bell at the entrance and a relay in the back room. It was great when working in the back. This one doesn't have that. So I have to keep checking the front of the store.

We have a few of these and they work great! They let us know when someone is coming near our garage and crossing the perimeter into the garage. We also know when the cat is entering. They work so well, we decided to install one at our gate entry but knowing they aren't waterproof, we worked on a solution for that. We used cling film to cover the units to keep moisture out. The cling film does not interfere with the sensor or the sound. Very pleased with products and would buy again.

uh.. not an entrance thing. this basically chimes every time anyone is standing or moving in its range of vision. it is a sensor.. so basically if you have a salon like i do and the customers walk in it will chime.. if they are standing in waiting it will chime.. if they move near the sensors it will chime.. if they are standing in checkout and are wide enough it will chime.. this would be good to let you know if someone sneaks in your backroom maybe but it is not a door chime at all.

Well was a little skeptical . But have had installed for couple months now I like the range and sound is good. I put on our front office door and I would recommend for anyone looking for a door buzzer . Easy to install and can here with no issue from the back office about 120 feet from buzzer . Great product

It was easy to install but the circuit board is not easy to find the way to change the settin on it cause not marked well. The service was good. It is a good product but a little pricier than some others I seen but it does the job. I am using it at my business.

Excellent item for alerting when customers come in. Easy to install, battery operation so no need to pull any wires. Has very good zone coverage, and is sensitive enough to detect any movement. Sensitivity can be adjusted (3-settings), and chine can also be adjusted (3 settings). Volume control can also be set from soft to very loud. Only downside, is there is no external on / off switch so the unit is on all the time. So far, it has operated flawlessly.
