It is “sodium” phosphate free. Sodium sulfates are the harsh ones. SLS and sodium Laureth sulphate. Sodium laureth is the gentler on the two. In any case, they are not in this product.

Because it is an American formula, manufactured in China, for a US corporation, like over 90% of everything we consume these days. Not the best solution for the future of our industry, but greed conquers all... 2
