I received the book as ordered. Very good condition and relevant and updated content in this ninth edition in support of my class.

I was very pleased with my order. The book I received was in great condition for such a cheap price.

The reading material is clear, concise and to the point. However, the product did not come with the publisher's code to access connect.

So glad I found a great deal on renting this book for my college class, books are crazy expensive now!
