Its a very basic review. Doesn't go into a lot of detail at all. For some, that may be perfect. I just don't feel that it give you a good enough review of each topic. There's also plenty of typo's. Make's me question the content.

Looks and feels like a xeroxed copy and stapled in the middle. Worth 50 bux? Read some of the content, will likely stick with MKSAP.

I like the following:1. The 5 Secret Keys.2. The Test Taking Strategies.3. Each subject is brief but concise.4. ABIM practise test.

It is very concise and fast paced. It got most of the information we need.

Being a busy physician, I had little to no time to study for recertifying boards. I gave "Mometrix ABIM secrets - study guide" a shot. Thank goodness, I did! It's a rapid fire, hit the high points, no fluff review. I did cross reference some material with the more detailed Med-Study all of us docs have heard of (mostly the i.d. and cardiology sections). I did a lot better than I thought!! Re-certified for 10 more years : ) THANKS MOMETRIX!!
