These cloak pins are GORGEOUS. They function well, and don't break.

For the price these are awesome.They are cast pewter, so they bend out of shape easily and would probably break quickly.But they are cheap and beautiful!

Whether I'm using these to clasp a poncho together, or for a scarf or shawl, every time I wear these I have women asking me where I got them, or just commenting on how beautiful they are, or interesting, or how well made they seem, etc.. I'm adding more to what's now a collection by buying both of the 9-piece sets.

They're not bad looking, with sharp detail and a nice patina affect. However, you can see the casting seams and you can tell by the color they're not proper iron or bronze. They look better than most costume jewelry but they wouldn't pass a stitch counter's inspection.The metal is soft and bendy, I tried piercing a thin chrome tan leather with the largest one and it immediately curved. Fortunately it bent easily back in to shape with no sign of cracking. I could see them bending out of shape if a cloak was snagged or pulled. Between the weak metal and the rounded pin tips you'd do well to help it by cutting a slit in any thicker material you plan to pin.Considering the price and the quantity you get it's overall a good value, just know they aren't heavy duty.

These are made of inexpensive metal but they work perfectly as movie props and I’m not worried about them being damaged during filming. They look amazing

These are very nice. The pins are soft metal, and thin, so they will bend with thick items. Otherwise, love them, and the designs are very nice.

I actually returned my first order thinking one piece was defective. Turns out it wasn’t, judging by the replacement (which arrived in good time). Note the pin on the small coppery piece is not attached, making it relatively useless. Otherwise, these will be fun for loose weave items.

The lead sales photo should not show these pins as all the same size… very deceptive. The metal is extremely soft, like putty (or lead?) with no substance. They are poorly assembled and have many sharp unfinished corners/edges that would ruin knits/crochet if used as intended. Do not waste your money on this junk. Seller shows no shame in shipping this garbage.

They look authentic. Very beautiful.

Compré los broches para usar en un evento con vestuario medieval, le daban un toque y sujecion a las túnicas.Son 6 y son de distintos tamaños, quedaron muy bien como complementos.La única dificultad fue ponerlos que no tenía muy claro como se usaban, pero después de varios intentos y algún tutorial quedaron colocados en su sitio, sujetando las túnicas.

La prima foto, col cuore, è presa dal prodotto acquistato, quella successiva l'ho fatta alle spille arrivate.Le dimensioni di alcune sono più piccole e il colore un po' più chiaro.Ma non importa, andranno bene per tessuti più leggeri.
