Easy to read and easy setup.
I have had this for a bit now and it works well, except for the forecast function that's why I deducted 1 star. The base station is very easy to read and accuracy is OK for temperature between all the sensors (I purchased two more add on sensors). I put all the sensors near the base station and left them there for two days and they were never more than .9 degrees off from the lowest to the highest (see pic). The humidity was a bit worse at 5% off between the lowest and highest, but that's fine for my needs. The forecast function is absolutely useless as it has never once predicted a correct forecast. We have been having a bit of a heat wave here and a couple of times it showed partly cloudy and rain even though the sky's are clear and its very hot. This area could have been much better utilized by displaying info from all the sensors at once instead of a forecast that never is accurate. Also, the comfort indication isn't very good. It shows a comfortable level with a smiley face even though 81 degrees with 52% humidity isn't very comfortable, at least to me it isn't. Besides those minor things it works good and was extremely easy to set up and the remote sensors have a good range. I have the station in one room and two sensors at opposite corners of the house indoors, with one sensor outdoors and they have never failed to transmit a signal.

Attractive but inaccurate
My review is based on simple observations. I also ordered two extra remotes. The main unit came with only one.In order to assess accuracy, I placed new name brand batteries from the same packaging into the main and 3 remotes. Since there was no instructions on syncing or calibrating, I simply allowed all the units to rest on a table with ample airflow around them in a central air conditioned house; away from the vents of the a/c and direct sunlight for a total of 5 days. The morning of that 5th day, I took the picture showing the readouts of all 4 units.Tempatures are within an acceptable range of variancy, but it appears the main unit's humidity varies slightly from the 3 remotes. If someone wants to build on my simple testing, I would be interested to see their findings.I understand I voluntarily purchased a basic home owners "weather station". I am not disillusioned by this at all. I completely understand the is a level of inaccuracy. I'm just showing my findings. On a more subjective assessment, it is bright, large fonts and pleasant to view.

Helpful weather aid
I bought one of these for my husband as well as one each for my two nieces. We have been enjoying ours and checking it frequently since our weather can change quickly. My husband has a lot of DIY outdoor projects so he relies on knowing the weather - rain, temps, etc. I think we will get a lot of use from our new weather station. Also, I like the different colored lights so it is easy to read the large numbers. We have it in a window sill so we can match what the weather station indicates for inside vs outside and look out the window for verification. So far it's working perfectly and it was so easy to set up and start using.

Could be a 5
I really like this weather Thermometer with one exception. And this might have a fix, I just can't figure it out. It shows 4 temps on the screen. The indoor temp, which is constant unless the temp changes, and the outdoor temp. My problem is with the outdoor screen. You can set up as many as 3 outdoor stations and the screen will rotate between all three. I only have one, and only want the one, but the screen still rotates between three. It changes about every 5-7 seconds, but if I glance over to see the temp I might have to wait for it to go through 2 blank screens (at 5-7 sec each) before it comes to the one I have set up. I wish there was a way to just have the one monitor, the I have outside, work and the other 2 shut off. On the out side monitor I have the switch on "1" and on the inside I have set it the same. It still goes through all 3.

What's not to love? Manual is fun to read.
This is exactly what I was looking for as an upgrade to my older chromatic grey LaCrosse unit. The display is quite bright when looked at head on. When it sits back on its supports, it is a tad dimmer. I solved this by making a slotted base so it could sit at a 90 degree angle. Much easier to read. A lot of info on the screen and the clock is small, but I didn't buy it as a clock. The bonus is the fun manual, written as they were back in the day of Japanese product manuals. The broken English and strange syntax gave me quite a chuckle. That aside, it is a quality instrument and the price is right.

Colorful and attractive, get extra sensors when ordering.
We got the station and remote about six weeks ago. Since it can report on three sites, we ordered two more remotes. The order was slow to get to us, but worth the wait! We really have four sensors since the station indicates the indoor temp and humidity, the other sensors tell us the conditions where we have them located. The moon phase is a nice addition, as is the forecast icon. It is easy to read from across the room, and remotes show temp and humidity on the sensor and on the station. The compact station is colorful and attractive.

Love this weather station
The media could not be loaded. I just set this up & so far, so good. I really like this weather station a lot. It is colorful and easy to read, and has all the info I want, including a very nice moon phase icon. The forecast is slightly animated--the raindrops flash. I thought that was a nice touch. Exactly what I wanted, and delivered on time in a nice box--no crushed edges! You do have to keep it plugged in to keep the screen on, but that is the case with just about all of these type units, so I am fine with that. So if this lasts a long time, I will be happy!

Good product for the money, with fast shipping.
Good product for the money, with fast shipping. Outdoor remote unit takes awhile to make temp adjustments and isn't as accurate as could be. Temp appears to be off by a couple of degrees, but is close enough for me. When plugged into outlet, display is great. Battery operation display is only bright when you touch the unit, and stays lit for 15 seconds. So, if you want a unit that you can see 24/7, you will need to plug it in, or buy a different unit.
