KAICorporation KAI AB5292 Seki Magoroku Chef's Knife, 7.1 inches (180 mm), 10000ST Made in Japan

My visit at Tokyo's Kappabashi allowed me to visit all three knife shops there. After doing some research and trying out different knives at the shop I settled for this particular knife. I'm a petite person with small hands, so I was looking for something light and easy to handle but still can cut big items like spaghetti squash. This knife is thins and sharp. The pointy edge can be easily chipped or broken if you're not careful. I ended up making a chip while trying to cut a mini watermelon. None the less I still love this knife. It is very light weight and easy to care for given its all steel body.
