Contractor grade?????? Don't waste your money!
The plastic run flat tire looks like it belongs on a kid's toy. We'll see how it stands up to sharp-edged stones and gravel. I have my doubts. All in all, I'll be a bit embarassed to admit I spent over $200 for this thing. The plastic tray looks pretty sturdy. The handles and frame seem sturdy enough for household use, but I think a pro would destroy one of these in a week of heavy use.Update:My doubts about the plastic tire were confirmed. I have a long driveway which the previous owner decided to pave with what some people call "road metal" This is the crushed granite that railroads use to ballast their tracks. It is very sharp edged and after a few passes over it, the plastic tire has been destroyed. Even if you don't have the problem of sharp rock, this tire is a problem because when heavily loaded it has MUCH more rolling resistance than a pneumatic rubber tire. Even on a smooth sidewalk it feels like you are pushing the loaded barrow through sand. I replaced the plastic toy tire with a pneumatic tire and wheel I bought at Harbor Freight. The difference is like night and day and it's holding up to the sharp rock fine. This is the dumbest purchase I've ever made on Amazon. It's too much trouble or I'd return it.
