Great fun great recipes

A great pocket book for every potato recipe, fits well on top of the kitchen unit or in the pocket if you need to take the book with you for shopping ingredients. Well presented and over 200 recipies that you will want to try. All of them are healthy and easy to prepare and cook. So far we have enjoyed all of the meals we have tried and will use them again.

This excellent little book contains over 200 fully illustrated recipes, every one of them lovingly introduced by the author and the cooking process briefly (but very fully) described. I have, like most enthusiastic amateur cooks, amassed a large (and largely neglected ) collection of cook books, bit this one is certain to join the half-dozen or so I rely upon. Very highly recommended.

This is a most excellent little cookbook. If you thought that spuds ended at mash and chips you couldn't be more wrong. Be surprised by lots of unexpected fab and groovy recipes.
