great food !!

Loved the show but how do I get the recipes

So much to read through & cook up... to try..

I was really excited to receive this cookbook as I have seen Catherine's show on Recipe Tv. However, I am a little disappointed at the condition of the copy I received. It was listed as new and is obviously not. There seems to be damage to some of the pages as wells the front cover. The book binding is also well broken in; therefore, showing further signs of use. I will keep the book as I would like to make some of the recipes included. However, used items should not be listed as new, and customer should not be paying full price for used items!

Having had the opportunity to have dinner with Catherine at her home outside of Dublin, I am a big fan. At first glance she is a bubbly and, IMO, a prettier version of Rachel Ray and looks very much like she could be her sister until you listen to her beautiful Irish accent. She has several cookbooks out there and my wife neglected to purchase one at her home so I surprised her by purchasing a copy once I got home. The book is advertised as used but it is in perfect condition and is a wonderful addition to my wife's collection of cook books and recipes. Looking forward to eating some Irish-leaning dishes with a hint of Italian brought to the menu since her husband is Sicilian.

Looks o.k. but have to convert all measurements. At this stage of my life--too much effort!!!

A beautifully illustrated and easy to follow recipe book. The recipes sing from the page and are a treat to do. Catherine's tv programme makes it all look so easy, and following her book proves the easiness and deliciousness! I've bought this book for friends and family too. Highly recommend.

Such a delightful Cookery Book. Just love it and believe me I have tons of Cookery Books. It sits on my kitchen shelf

I have already used a couple of these recipes and look forward to making more. A good addition to my collection of cookbooks.
