Great quality product! Great workmanship. Lighter weight than double thickness cotton version, but very warm for vigorous activity without moisture retention.

I liked the sweatshirt but I ordered the wrong size. I had two options- return for a larger size or sell it to a crew member and buy another larger size. I went with option two. My crew member loves it! We work on the water and he hasn’t taken it off since. He loves the high hood and the water repellent like material. The other crew members are asking where he got it. I’m expecting to see some Amazon package in the next few days on the next supply run.Really heavy weight and warm as hell as he said. He has been wearing it in all kinds of weather and said it’s the best sweatshirt he has ever had. He is talking about getting a few more for himself and his son.

My husband works in logging which means that he's exposed to the elements year round. Every winter he has to layer up so he's not freezing. I have purchased just about every brand of hoodie there is on the market to try and keep him warm, to no avail. In the fall of 16 my niece came home to visit from college wearing her boyfriend's hoodie which he recieved as part of his gear for his Forestry class. After talking to her I checked out the brand on the tag, it was Arborwear, which I had never heard of. I noticed the TRULY heavyweight of the material immediately, but then she told me that it was also water repellent and I had to check out their site. I ordered two of them although they were a little pricey compared to many similar items. I have not regretted it for a second! Even my husband who is a penny pincer by nature, has absolutely no complaints. He didn't have to layer his clothing even once and he stayed both dry and warm. Can you guess what he's getting for Christmas next year? Thank you for making a product that actually holds up to it's advertisements and is designed for the working man for real.

Extremely warm for the coldest days

Love it. Use it got hunting. Double thick really keeps the wind off. Which really helps me stay warm. The hood is the only thing I have mixed feelings on. It's big.. which is great if your hunkered down. But if you're up moving around it's so big you can't see more than a little straight a head. I don't hate it by any means... but can be in the way. But that's the only thing I might.. complain about. Otherwise perfect. I've bought another, and a noodles one for my wife. Little big for her. But so far she loves it too

I will admit to be a bit of a hoodie junkie, and although I have several that are mostly cotton, this is the first one I've acquired that is 100% polyester.The fit and feel are outstanding, and this quickly became my favorite. I wear it to work regularly, and for something soft and cozy, it can't be beat for lounging around the house.A key factor for anyone considering this hoodie is that its design is based on being used in a work environment where hardhats are commonly used. The hood portion itself is much larger than what would be found on an "average" hoodie, and this could be a less desirable consideration for many However, the hood lies very nicely and is actually less noticeable than many of the smaller hoods that are the norm for most of the other hoodies that one would find.I cannot make comparisons to "designer" or "fashion" hoodies since almost all I own are more along the lines of what I would call "practical". The majority of my hoodies are Carhartts. But the fine appearance and fit of this hoodie would likely appeal to those with fashion sense as well as for the practical.

Fits a little snug in the torso, fits good but not much stretch which makes it difficult to get off without pulling your t shirt off with it. Sleeves and hood are wonderful and the right length, but not much stretch in it. Comfortable and warm, just a pain taking it back off

these sweatshirts are lighter than the original but are wind proof and have the room to work in. double thick and comfortable

Somewhat bulky, don't need to put much underneath as it is very heavy duty.great quality
