Great craftsmanship and service
I wanted this set, but with the clear stain. A quick series of emails to Kilmer Creek ensured that I could get the set just that way once I ordered (and followed up with feedback on the order to request the stain). The set was shipped, with all parts stained, quickly.Setting up the chairs was quick and easy, and all the parts fit well together without issue. Within a couple of hours I had the set completed. The chairs are beautiful with the stain, comfortable, and smooth gliding. My neighbor's cat loves the chairs too and I frequently find him sleeping on one!I will buy again from Kilmer Creek and would recommend their products to family and friends.

Amish settee glider paradise
Great looking settee glider. It was easy to assemble. I did have to use a drill on a couple of holes that didn't quite line up. It's amazingly light. I used a natural stain to maintain the look of the wood rather than going with a colored stain. It looks great on our front porch and much more comfortable than the metal chairs we previously had. This should last us years with minimal maintenance.

High quality product, great company to deal with.
Assembled glider looks and works great. I had an issue with one of the slats being cracked. I contacted seller and the owner of the company got back to me immediately and has sent two new slats allowing me to match the best color. It was not cheap, and seems to be of high quality. The assembly instructions were good, the first seat took a while, but the second was fast once I understood the details. We are sealing it with a clear UV protection sealer today, and that should bring out and keep the nice reddish color it has.

Excellent craftsmanship
The wood work was done very well. The construction is very stable. Now with that said I was sent the wrong instructions, but besides that Love the glide.

Love this patio glider
Love this cedar glider. Perfect on our wood deck. All my friends love them. I sealed them with Thompson's water seal before setting them out this spring so maybe I could maintain the cedar color. Very well built and glide wonderful. Can't say enough good things about this glider. I ordered 2 separate gliders also. Love, love this furniture. I also added padded cushions and it makes them so comfy.

Amish crafted? No way. But it's ok...
Some friends of ours ordered this same set about a year ago and we saw it and loved it. They sent us the link to purchase one. When ours came, it was definitely not as high quality as theirs. It also does not smell like cedar at all, which leads me to believe it is pine. Super soft wood and very very light. As for the "amish crafted" part...We live in Amish country. They sell these same gliders at their store, but they are made of composite and cost over $1k. I couldn't bring myself to spend that much on one, so I got this wood one. Amish are typically very precise in their work, and pay great attention to detail. They take pride in their work. This was hard to assemble, because the pre-drilled holes did not line up. We had to drill a few of our own holes and use some redneck engineering to get a few of the other holes to line up so we could insert the bolts. Also make sure that you seal it with some poly! It's pretty comfortable, but if you plan on sitting in it for more than a couple hours, get some cushions. It is wood, after all. The cup holders are perfect for a can of cold beer, but if you have a koozie it's a little tight. I've sanded ours to make the holes just a little bigger.Overall...I wasn't super impressed with it, but I wasn't disappointed enough to return it. Would I buy another one? For $687 after tax and shipping? Absolutely not. The price has dropped almost 10% since I bought ours, and I believe our neighbor paid around $450, so maybe I should have waited for it to come down a little, but we wanted to enjoy it this summer and fall.

Poorly aligned pre drilled holes
Like a few others have pointed out, the pre drilled holes are poorly aligned. I had to drill 5 of my own for the set to go together properly. Also 99% sure this is pinewood and not as advertised.
