Product arrived quickly and is more comfortable then wearing a gum shield version. However it doesn’t work for me as it simply aims to keep your mouth shut and so the snoring continues. Lower jaw pushed forward stops me snoring so back to the gum shield version.

I suffer from catathrenia, so make noises in my sleep which can wake me or my wife from sleep, and have poor quality of sleep. I have always been a night time mouth-breather. I tried this last year after my wife read an article on mouth tape at night (which doesn't work on a beard). So I tried this. I have been using it for more than 6 months and it has significantly improved my sleep. For the first time in years I am regularly sleeping 6-8 hours every night; I no longer wake through the night or in the morning with a dry mouth and no longer make the noises I used to make. It is not very attractive, and sometimes irritates my stubble, but the improvement in my quality of life is definitely worth it.

My husband has been using this for 3 nights now and I can honestly say his snoring is worse , louder , so much so I have to go in the spare room , my opinion save your money

THis chin strap is best looked at in the dark, however it made a great positive difference to my night. I had wondered if I'd ever manage more than 3-5 hours sleep again. I researched, tried suggestions , regular time, no technology lights, etc.. lots of things, then came across breathing/snoring etc.. so felt a chin support was worth a try - fantastic! It works for me. It's very comfortable, too. I bought this one because it was inexpensive to try .

A waste of time and money. I hardly slept and still managed to snore as much as before - and when I took the darn thing off, my chin felt like it had been in a vice. Buyer beware.Btw half the reviews for this product are not even for this product?

I've been using this product for a week now.i am a male 49 not overweight working shifts, from this experience whilst using the strap which gave my other half a giggle at my expense but did found my sleep to be improved and better rested , in the past waking myself with the noise . To be clear it will NOT stop you snoring but help you get a better sleep ( in my opinion ) but help you other half get theirs , time will tell.

The fabric of this chin strap is soft and comfortable. However with my small ears the hole for ears are too small. I doubt it is much better for a child.

Non serve praticamente a nulla! Non è che il russamento si sopprime impedendo di dormire a bocca aperta, infatti si produce anche a bocca chiusa perché l'aria che entra dal naso va a far vibrare il velopendulo in gola.Bisognerebbe occludere bocca e naso (!!!!!!! ;-)) ma il risultato sarebbe disastroso...Non buttate via i vostri soldi!

Sorry, aber das hilft überhaupt nicht!!Ersten Tag noch ungewohnt und dann irgendwann in der Nacht ausgezogen.Die darauffolgenden Nächte ausgezogen, nachdem meine Frau wieder wach geworden war . von meinem schnarchen.Es hilft überhaupt nicht, keinerlei Verbesserung.Nicht zu empfehlen!

J'ai acheté cette sangle afin de ne plus déranger ma compagne. Je l'ai testé dès la réception en utilisant une appli sur mon portable et je n'ai cessé de ronfler toute la nuit.Donc totalement inefficace.

Compro este producto hace tiempo (por su buena calidad) pero no lo uso para lo que se ofrece sino para mi padre que tiene un problema de mandíbula y necesita una sujeción externa.
