Nice And Toasty Feet, Once This Gets Warmed Up!
I finally bought the Battle Creek Bed Warmer with Three-Temp Settings and 8-Hour auto Shut-Off, Provides Low, Gentle Warmth All Night Long.I have used the Battle Creek products, like their Thermophore Moist Heating Pads, for many years and they work very well.I have even been using one of my Thermophore Moist Heating Pad 14" x 27" sized ones for keeping my feet and ankles warm in bed during winter. But sometimes that pad gets too hot, and it is also an auto-switch to turn off after 25 or 30 minutes.I really needed something with a lower heat that would last all night long. So, I decided to buy this Battle Creek Bed Warmer and see if it meets my needs better This Pad seems to work very well, but it does have a few things I don't like too much. - The pad takes a long time to reach the maximum heat! Like at least an hour! - Because of the long start-up time, I have to remember to turn it on way before bedtime! - The cord switch is in the totally wrong place for me and my Queen-size bed! - The Cord may be 10 feet long, but should be even longer for going from feet to the switch! - You have to remember to hold the button down at least 5 seconds to turn this Pad on! - Pad gets bunched up very easily, so you basically HAVE TO place it under your fitted sheet. - The Velcro placement strips are useless for attaching to the bed, even under a fitted sheet! - The silly little storage bag is too small for the pad rolled up. - DO NOT EVER FOLD THIS PAD! - For me, the cord is way too short from the control to the pad, if I put this pad UNDER my fitted sheet down by my feet! - I wish this pad came with the nice thick cotton flannel cover like the other Thermophore heating Pads do. I tried to contact the manufacture to see if I can buy a cover, but they do not seem to respond.CONCLUSION: - All-in-all, I absolutely LOVE the warmth that this Pad gives off, once it has gotten to max warmth, set on high. After it heats up, then I usually turn it down to medium or sometimes even down to low. - I like the 18" x 36" size of the pad, but hate how it tends to bunch-up during the night! - The cord is too short for me to put this pad under my fitted sheet because my sheets have strong elastic all the way around them to keep my sheets snug to my mattress! So, basically I am happy with this Battle Creek Bed Warmer, but it sure needs the cord lengthened between the control and the pad itself!UPDATE 09/20/2024: - I have been using this Battle Creek Bed Warmer pretty much every single night for a little over 9 months now. It has been holding up very well. - My solution for wanting a nicer cover for this Bed Warmer was to buy these Quilted KING-SIZE Pillow Protectors, which I mention down near the bottom of this review. - I've been using them around 8 months and I totally love them on my Bed Warmer! - The Battle Creek Bed Warmer Pad fits perfectly into these KING-SIZE Quilted Pillow Protectors! - I only partly zip them closed to give about a inch of it unzipped for the cord to come out. - The KING-SIZE Quilted Pillow Protectors really keep my Battle Creek Bed Warmer clean. - These have been working perfectly for giving a bit of extra padding so I don't notice the Heating Elements form the Battle Creek Bed Warmer as much, making the Pad much more comfortable!AMAZON INFO FOR THE PILLOW PROTECTORS THAT FIT THIS BATTLE CREEK BED WARMER PAD: - Quilted Feather Proof Pillow Protectors King Pair 20x36 Inches Extra Soft Thick Ultra Plush White Zippered Set of 2 - ASIN: B08QYPS8VM

Great foot warmer!
I bought this because my feet get cold at night and I wanted a heated pad that wouldn't auto-off after only 2 hrs. This one is perfect... it's large enough, warm enough, and turns off after 8 hrs. I have slept so much better since buying this bed warmer. Love it!!

Toasty feet
Ive had this heating pad for about 8 months and use it at the foot of my bed at night. I’ve only ever had to use it on low as it heats nicely. As others have said, the cord is very short so I can’t put it on my nightstand. The fabric is NOT soft so it uncomfortable to use on top of the fitted sheet, so I put it under the sheet which helps, but it still slides around a lot (and I’m not a restless sleeper!). It works great for when It’s too warm for an electric blanket, but my feet are still cold. All in all it works well and makes for a much more comfortable night sleep

Barely any heat
This item is so poor. Low heat is same as off. Medium is barely noticable. High heat feels warm but takes hours to get warm. Meanwhile my feet are freezing cold during the night. Better off with regular heating pad with long hours.

Used to replace Sleep Number i8 feet warmers
I used these to replace the VERY EXPENSIVE proprietary foot warmers for my sleep number bed i8. I have a flex king and my wife's foot warmers stopped working. Sleep number wanted to give us a replacement for $360!!! And I had to buy a set for her side and my side, they would not let me buy only one. So I removed our foot warmers and installed these.1. these cover the ENTIRE bottom of the bed where your feet are.2. they install under the sheets and over the mattress3. the cord is long enough to route through the bed frame and to a receptacle outlet located behind our bed4. the control allows you to select low, medium, high, and turns off either manually or automatically after 8 hours.5. these cannot be connected to the sleep number bed, that connection is proprietary. However, you can remove the junk sleep number sold you for $1000, and install these. These will last for 15 years and are much better.Battle Creek knows what they are doing.

Wanted to like it
I really wanted to like this. I had to buy it because the foot warmers at the bottom of my Sleep Number quit working. The cord is long which is good. I like that it stays on for 8 hours. But I had to have it on high to even feel the heat and the coils/heating elements were SO uncomfortable. It was hard to sleep. Unfortunately I have to return.UPDATE: my husband put this warmer under our mattress pad and now I can’t feel the coils! It works great. I love it. Medium is perfect and I love that it stays on for 8 hours.

Stopped working after one winter!
I bought it November 5,2021. Used it for last winter and loved it. Put it on my bed last night and no heat! The controller lights come on but the pad doesn’t heat up on any level. Too expensive to use for one winter. I’ll have to look for a cheaper alternative.

Saved my day!
I had to rotate upside down to warm up the bottom of my bed everyday, because my feet gets so cold. This pad provide just enough heat for my feet to be comfortable without getting too hot. Finally no longer need to warm up the bed by myself!

Keeps my feet warm at night.
Being a geezer my feet often get cold at night in the winter. This pad, laying under my bottom sheet by my feet is easy to use even in dark and on the middle setting is perfect to keep my feet warm. Great buy.

Battle Creek Bed Warmer
This bed warmer is very uncomfortable. Even with a good cover one can feel all the prominent heating filaments. As well, the grips provided are insufficient to keep the bed warmer in place. I am returning this item.
