Great memories of Dijon France

I first bought this mustard while visiting France and found out the Black current mustard goes very well in a sandwich.I am happy that I can buy the product through Amazon USA, even though at much higher price than what I paid in France.

One ingredient in this mustard is "cochineal extract." So you're essentially eating crushed BUGS. I wish I had known that before searching for and purchasing this rare mustard for a recipe I wanted to try.

Disappointing

This is an awesome mustard for roast beef. We first had it at Le Argentine in Monaco at the Fairmont Hotel. Great with steak, too. Also, a nice coating for breadcrumbs on a chicken breast.

Love it. Best Mustard in the world because it is so potent, you need less to do the same job.
