These type of baskets seem like hard to attain Gems. Although delivery can be a bit lengthy, I will say that Customer Service stood by their hustle. I thought I had been plenty patient already when I insisted I receive my item by 12/23/20, as it was a special part of a Christmas gift. Customer Service followed up & insisted it’d be there. And sure thing, it arrived late afternoon on 12/23/20. These baskets are so beautifully crafted & each so unique & special. I didn’t even get to pick my color, but like magic, the basket was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Worth the wait for a handcrafted Gem.

Basket seems sturdy but seriously hideous. Neon pink. Thanks for sending the ugliest one you could dig up.

Previous Order was as stated extra large. Nice basket, recent order very small.. not at all as described.. super disappointed
