Logitech USB Headset H540 for PC Calls and Music in Bulk Packaging plus Bonus Accessories

I love this headphone. This time it seems to be possibly a refurb, Note the seller's name seems to be a misspelling of Logitech. You also need to plug it into a USB 2.0 jack (often blue) on your PC. If you plug it into a USB 3.0 jack, it probably will not work at all. You can plug a USB 2.0 hub into a USB 3.0 jack to make it work via the USB 2.0 hub. I still find this to be a real good headset. You can hear some of your surroundings, which I prefer. If it was a around over over the ear, I could not hear around me as well, a 2nd reason I like this.

Already had owned a set for a couple of years but something happened to them during a recent trip to Europe, as when I returned there was some buzzing in the right ear which has since dissipated to be followed by about 30% lower volume in that ear. Ordered a replacement but they arrived with a constantly "on" mute light even when mute was deactivated. Amazon exchange was easy and the latest pair arrived without issues.The headset is comfortable and performs as expected - which is quite well. The headband easily expands and maintains position and the 'on ear' foam pads are very comfortable even after hours of daily use. I typically use them for voice chatting over MS Lync and meetings on my work laptop. Voices are clear and I occasionally stream music on my work laptop and the sound is quite good. However, I have a far better set for listening to music and playing games on my home desktop so it would not be fair to make that comparison.Highly recommended as great for the price.

The look of the Device is great, but I was EXTREMELY disappointed to find out after using the Headset that the Mic was faulty ! It hampered me from getting through my work at Home 1 week before I realized the Mic was not good. I would have given this Headset 6 stars if the Mic wasn't faulty because I am in love with how it looks. I am kindly asking for a replacement exactly like this but a working Mic.

Bought at last 6 of these in the last few months and have already had 2 fail.

These headphones were great in the beginning, but now I'm having some strange problems.Somehow magically they are going on mute.When not on mute, people can't hear me sometimes I have to jiggle the cord and suddenly they can hear me again.The mute light worked at first, now it almost never goes red when on mute.To get the mute light to come on, I have to either jiggle the cord or tap the circular section where the mute light is, then it will turn on.Ultimately, these will end up in the garbage as I will be looking for something new as soon as I hit the submit button.

I have a very small head and most "headband" type headsets are way too big. This headset adjusts down for little pin-heads like me and also expand for people with larger heads. The sound from the earphones is good and the mic is sensitive enough that I don't have to raise my voice when conversing. I did have to return my first purchase because the mute indicator light stopped working after a day or two. I liked the product enough to order it again and have not had any issues with the second one. Terrific product and great price.

works well with dragon speaking....needed new headset with mic.
