In that time, I have used leather ropes, speed ropes and an expensive beaded rope. Your rope has exceeded all expectations. It is by far the superior rope. Comes with two cables so you can size for different users or save as a spare. Definitely a fast rope - have done more doubles with this rope vs. any other I have used previously. Although I am naturally disastrous when it comes to double unders, singles are great and the weight of the rope makes it easier to attempt double unders without whipping myself too much. This was my first speed rope I ever bought and it was a great purchase! It lasted me for YEARS, and the added bonus that it came with a replacement wire made it last even longer! You do have to occasionally check the locking mechanism as sometimes it would come a bit loose. A few times the wire and handle came apart while I was using it, but thankfully I was indoors so I was able to relocate the screws, but it could have potentially been very dangerous as the wire rope went flying. The rope is very lightweight, and was a good rope to learn double unders with, although I would recommend a different rope if that’s what you’re exclusively looking to accomplish. Overall, good value for the money.

Not great for competitions or daily CrossFit, but a suitable option for working out while traveling or on the go.

Good quality and lightweight jumprope which uses a wire rope which helps with longevity. It comes with an extra wire rope and screws which is a huge plus. I luckily had a multitool with a wire cutter attachment so cutting the rope to length was ok.
