Cut really really well!!
These knives are awesome!!! Did not realize how dull mine were until I cut chicken with new one. Definitely love the whole set and that it can go in kitchen drawer instead of taking space on the counter!!! Love that it comes with sharpener.

So far very good. Seems to be well made...heavy solid construction. And very sharp. Time will tell about how they hold an edge and if any rust shows up. So far I would hesitate to recommend or buy again

Great Knife Set
This is at least the 7th Mad Shark product I have purchased through Amazon. While Mad Shark's advertising is "over the top goofy", their products are top quality for the price. I own a full, very expensive, set of German Zwilling J.A. Henckels Solingen kitchen knives - and I'd rate these Mad Shark's just as good quality steel. They come sharp, stay sharp, and are easy to resharpen when needed. I ordered this set as a gift for our son - who doesn't have one decent sharp knife in his kitchen.
