Mega Food Supplements are my favorites. They are easily absorbed and can even be taken on an empty stomach.I used to experience muscle cramps in my legs. Since I began to take this formula every day, along with Turmeric, that problem is solved.Other magnesium products can have side effects, but I have not experience any with this one.I feel it is an excellent way to get these 3 minerals on a daily basis.As with most Mega Food supplements, it can also be taken on an empty stomach.

I take a lot of different supplements and these are hard to swallow..like caught in my throat.I take one LIfeextension Magnesium Citrate capsule that is 160 mg and one of these has 50 mg.I regret purchasing.

great product! absolutely great. feel the difference and with the added benefit of calcium and potassium really helps with the digestion of the magnesium. i swear by the megafood products. they are pricey but unlike other vitamins they work, and they are derived from natural sources.

These are SUPER big. I always have to break in half and even when I do, I still have a hard time swallowing them

I use many of Mega Food products. I’m 65 yrs old, and my blood work results are perfect!!

A waste. They won’t go down, even when cut in half

Love that these are food based. I've tried other Magnesiums and they made me feel funny...not this one. LOVE this product and all MEGAFOOD products
