I originally reviewed this product in 2011 but since it's in a new package, my old review dropped off. I have been using the same bottle since 2011 and it's still works like a charm. Honestly, my dog hates it but she hasn't had an ear infection or ear mites since we started using it! She is a cocker and cavalier mix and she used to get infections all the time. I love the smell and I love that it keeps the infections and mites away.Here is my original review from 2011 .....We have a beautiful cocker spaniel and cavalier mix that we adopted from a shelter. We noticed that she was constantly scratching her ears. I tried to clean them out but there was always little black things that kept coming back - maybe ear mites. I was concerned because my sister had a cocker that had terrible ear problems. Although they regularly brought him to the vet and cleaned his ears, he had constant ear infections. Eventually it got so bad that his ears began to swell and it was even harder to use medicine and clean them.I brought my pup to the vet and they encouraged me to buy a small expensive tube of medicine. Although I consistently applied the medicine, the black stuff kept coming back. Around the same time, I brought my dog to Petco to be groomed. When we came home, her ears looked and smelled great. We went back to see what they had used and they informed me that it was the Espree Natural Ear Care. Of course I immediately wanted to buy it but they were out of stock. Thankfully, I found it here on Amazon! I have been using this product for the past year and half and love it!! No more mites or infections in her ears!!!! Her ears look healthy and smell great. I lay her on her side and squirt a bunch in her ear and then clean it out with a cotton square. It's a little strong when first applied but soon after it smells like tea tree oil which smells great! Initially I applied it more regularly but now I only have to clean her ears every other month. I love the fact that it is all natural and that one bottle goes a long way .... year and 1/2 and counting.I definitely don't want to have the struggles that my sister had and this product seems to be the answer. I am so grateful to have found a natural solution that has been keeping infections at bay!! Definitely worth buying!

Both of our dogs ( a German short hair pointer and a Yorkie / Lasha Apso mix) had problems with itchy ears and wax congestion. This product used lightly really works and I haven't found any wax in either dogs ears recently when I check carefully with a Q-Tip all the way in (except for a little clear yellow film sometimes).The trick to using it is to unscrew the cap valve and not squeeze the bottle as you tip it quickly in the ear opening and out (about a second). Then massage the ear canals from the outside to work it in and rub the inside of the ears so you spread the liquid into the ear crevices, too. I have even cleared up my own itchy ear and occasional vertigo problem using this product by using a Q-tip and helping the product get down behind my ear drum on all sides. Be careful and use just a little for really good results. Use it every day at first until you clear your problem up, and then once or twice a week for preventive maintenance. It works great in my opinion and it solved a really big problem for us. Good Luck ! I bought 3 bottles, since we got a small bottle at a pet store first, which was more expensive.

This ear care product is amazing! Cleared up 2 of my dogs stubborn ear pains and irritations and actually helped restore my older dog's hearing. I even used some in my adult Daughter's painfully plugged ears and it brought great relief to her! I am ordering another bottle and spreading the word!

Clean ears period

I use this on my dogs ears to keep them clean and infection free. If her wears start to get a little smelly. I clean them once or twice with this and she is good to go. The scent isn't too harsh and it does dissipate after a short time.

My beloved maltese passed away. Two new adopted malteses doesn't like the products I have been using. So, I have to start all over again. I try different products. For ear cleaner, this Espree is the keeper. My malteses not suffer from it. I am a repeated customer

I have been using this stuff on my dog for many years. It maintains your dogs ears and it keeps them from having ear infections. Plus it smells really nice.

This was recommended to me by a professional groomer. My dog is prone to painful ear infections, and I was having a hard time keeping his ears clean between grooming appointments. My dog doesn't like the solution, but his vet likes how clean his ears are.

We thought we had ordered the 591ml size (as per detailed in text and on image). The item we received is 118ml (according to details on product).As only 2 sizes are advertised (355ml and 591ml) I find it unusual we have received the size not even advertised. As the 355ml is advertised at £8.50 and the 591ml is £15.77 we would expect to have paid significantly less for the product supplied.If the 118ml is the only size currently available we might reasonably expect 5 items of that size for £15.77 OR maybe we should receive an appropriate refund.Rob Kennedy

Im a dog groomer and have been Using this product for a few years now.It does what it says, cleans really well and smells nice. Even my furbabies don't mind the smell. A little goes a long way so value for money as well.

Do not buy this for cleaning your dogs ears the ingredient is not what is advertised. Your basically buying a bottle of isopropyl alcohol!! Is there not a law against Mis selling ?

A great product! I have been using this product on my German Shepherds for the past 14 years and it does help loosen debris from inside of the ear (s)...and is very clean, and both the ears smell fresh.

Worked instantly! My dog had clogged ears (wax), just a couple of drops and within a couple of minuites, she shook her head and was fine after that. Certainly something to have handy if you hav a pet with long ears!
