I am not sure there is a way to rate this product, I took it for about 4 days and had to stop taking it. It was making my heart race and I had to go to the doctor where I was told to stop taking it because the Chromium was causing my heart to race or have palpitations. As with any drug please consult your physician prior to taking the drug. Seeing that I can't rate the item I can rate other things about it. At the time of this review this Mason Natural Garcinia Cambogia was 3 bottles for $22.77 making each bottle around $7.59 each. I feel that getting 3 bottles for 3 months worth is well worth the price. For this alone I will rate this item 5 Stars. Its not the companies fault that I can't take the item.

Review of: MASON NATURAL Garcinia Cambogia 500 mg Tablets, 60 Count, Pack of 3 @ $23.21 at time of order.These seem to be curbing my appetite somewhat and have caused no ill effects that I am certain of. They're easy to take and not too large (picture includes 1 caplet atop a US Dime). There's no aftertaste or belching of them. I do take them with food, right before eating. I have noticed a slight change in bowel movements, and they seem to have hardened. But, I am not positive these are the cause. Having said that, this started not long after beginning to take these as directed. The change was slight as stated previously.

I really have a difficult time with these large tablets, so it has been difficult to take them on a consistent basis. That was the only issue I've had with them. I haven't noticed any side effects as others have mentioned. They might actually be curbing my appetite because I haven't had any cravings in a while, nor have I felt the need to eat when it wasn't mealtime. All unscientific reporting though, so I can't really say whether they work or not.

This seems to work for me. It curbs my appetite mildly so I'm not starving when it wears off. The pills are easy to swallow. And I can take it multiple days in a row and it still works.

I have been taking these for about a month now. I take two pills before my main meal of the day.I have not had any adverse effects like some people have said, for example diarrhea or jitters or anything I noticed.However I don't really see any appetite curbing nor fat loss either. I exercise 6 or 7 days a week, I don't usually eat like crazy. I've been putting on some extra pounds in the last month. I don't believe these are causing that, but they also have not stopped it.I'm going to keep taking these, and I will update the review if I notice a change.If you've had good results with garcinia cambogia before, this 3 months supply for about 22 bucks is a good deal.

I didn't notice a difference in appetite or metabolism. And I wonder if the chromium content in these pills isn't aggravating a small eczema rash that I have....

I should have looked at the ingredients before getting this because I don’t want to ingest the fillers they use
