This ab roller make with wide wheel, seems it very well make with good and stronge quality material. About 7 inches size. Looks durable and very handy, I think this ab roller wheel is mostly suitable for beginer or women for abdominal exercise, it comes with roll back function that is very easy to start exercise. Long size handle with comfortable rubber. Also has one knee pad for different way exercise.Love it! Will keep use it and work out my body.

It’s not bad. I used to have an ab roller, smaller, way lighter, I though this was convenient but the fact is, it really hurt my back, so I threw it away. This one, heavier and more steady. I work out with standing position and it can support me without making big noise on my wooden floor (I about 178lb). Hope it can lasts long.

This ab roller said it is easy for beginner, and indeed it is, spring back design works to me. According to the guidance, I am practicing by facing to a wall to get assistance, because so far I still have a little bit difficult to pull myself up with normal positions. The rebound function can finely support my back muscles, and can helps me to focus on my abs. The wheel itself is pretty steady, covered by rubber surface, I workout at 2nd floor, no complaints from the living room. Expensive but worth to buy.

Handy and convenient for targeting the abs. Makes a lot of noise and I'm expecting a spring to pop out any time. We'll see how it holds up.

I love the guidance and specially the work out schedule, keeps me not lazy everyday;) My fitness trainer recommends me using ab roller to enhance my abdominal, combining with plank and crunch will be the best. By rolling towards left and right side can easily carve my obliques, this ab roller is quite firm, won’t be wobbly. The hand grips are comfy, quite easy to grab. It is nice.

Does exactly what it says. I felt the burn and targeting of my abs, obliques, shoulders and thighs immediately.

The box fell apart as I was opening it. The machine itself it cheaply made. I have to keep tightening the handles over and over. Also the right side looks like it wants to fall apart and is sticking out of the machine.

I am 225lbs and it’s holding me up so far.
