Bought size Small for my 9 lb Chihuahua.Needed to tighten up the straps a bit, so it stayed in place properly.Fits great, he likes it :)Great quality.I have bought several for our dogs and for other friends.

So I am giving this harness 5 because it is extremely well made and feels like it would last a few years!!! I am very impressed by the quality and would have kept this item, if I hadn't had an overly "fat" cat at the moment. I was purchasing this for my currently overweight esa cat. We are sadly BOTH overweight from the quarantines imposed on us during covid19 and trying to begin our daily walks again, but first need to find a new harness that I feel safe to take him in. My cat has approximately an 8"-9" neck circumference depending on where u measure, 14" right being his arms and 17" belly area. I had hoped this one was going to fit, but as I tried it on... I noticed I was not quite able to shrink the neck-size down QUITE small enough, so if I was able to size it down about another 1/2 inch, I wouldn't kept this. The belly area was snug, but not OVERLY snug so I figured we would both lose weight and it would fit him right. However, the neck is not going to change. Unfortunately, my cat is 13.5-14 lbs, with a big body and small head (LOL). Very cute though ;) If they made this vest in an xxs, we would be game! I just have a very oddly shaped feline. Do NOT turn this vest away though! Wow, its so impressive! The wear-stitching is very tightly sewn and the patches appear to be of rubber quality, making them more resistant to fading, etc. Honestly, I knew I was personally taking a big chance when I ordered this vest, but sizing appears to be dead on from what I can tell. Cats just fit strangely different than dogs do. Sometimes, you just need to operate on luck and try a few out. I would DEFINITELY try this vest out again for a different cat because mine just has a big belly and small head and I want to be able to leave him 1-finger space between him and his vest since he has to wear his quite regularly. I would have easily stitched the neck strap 1/2 inch smaller if that was my cat's only issue because I reeeeeeally like it. But even if I stitch that smaller, I'm left with a dilemma on whether or not the belly is too tight to make it comfortable for him until he loses some belly fat.... but again, that is OUR mistake, NOT this vest company's! Therefore, this vest definitely deserves 5 stars so I am leaving this review despite needing to return it. Very well made, very sturdy, made to last & interchangeable patches too! On top of that, the material is also breathable. This vest is the "bees knees" so try atleast give it a shot.

I’ve been looking for a service vest for my 2.70 lbs Pomeranian. She’s still growing will probably only get to 5lbs if she lucky. I finally found one with this vest. It’s a little bit big so I will have to use a collar also to hook her leash to just in case until she gets a little bit bigger.

She hates harnessed but it is great! Good quality and easy to put one.Hold her in place and does not slip off. Easily adjustable! Would buy again!

I ordered an Xsmall my Chihuahua is about 12lbs and it will not stay on, it turns to the side constantly. But other then that it is very well made

Holds up very well for dogs that are chewers, or just over all get into everything, perfect for my Aussie would definitely purchase again if anything ever does happen to it

I strongly dislike returning anything & will usually make do.1st off, I think the products are cute & reminds me of small riding saddles. I purchased 2 of the Harnesses in different sizes (XX-Sm., X-Sm.) The Harnesses seems to be do-able & well made. After properly adjusting, testing... picking up my puppy using the harness's sewn-in body strap... my puppy, (X-Small), started slipping through the harness during the lifting. I became concerned if the harness is not offering enough body support for lifting by the body straps, and if they would fail me during an emergency lifting... whereas my puppy would slip, ending up on the ground.The XX-Small is even cuter, but was not factory completed... "the body/grab strap was not sewn in, only thrown into pkg." As with a pet's life vest jacket, you need that "Body/Grab Strap" for emergencies.Will probably return and not make do this time.

No le quedó a mi perro chihuahueño, esta muy pesado para alguien de su complexión y la dimensión viene un poco inexacta. Muy buena calidad la verdad, lo recomiendo para canes mas grandes!!

My dog seems to find it very comfortable and it has bigger clips than I thought it would but they are very sturdy and not going to break anytime soon.. The sizing is spot on even may be a little big but not so much so that they can slip out but enough to move and breathe.. I got four patches all together and it was easy to put on my dog… The only thing I did not like was how late it came. But that was due to the shipper mixup not the seller… highly recommend.. Very cute packaging
