Works like a champ! Gets a good signal from our surrounding stations.
This has been working like a champ! I have had this for a few years. I have it in my attic and it is picking up many channels even far away ones. I have this where it ties back into all of my cable connections so that I can use a cable to plug into my TVs and they get the on air broadcasts. I have cut the cord for cable. I imagine if I had this up on a pole it would do even better but due to hurricanes, I keep it in my attic. I have recommended it to a few friends who wanted local broadcasts but didn't want full cable. Would suggest having one person looking at the signal on the TV while another is turning it to get the best signal depending upon where you mount it.

Awsume Antenna
I've been looking at cutting the cord with my Cable Company for a while now. But before I decided to do that. I wanted to see what over the air channels I could receive in my area. Most of the Broadcast Towers in my area are directly East or West of me and within 30 miles. So I started out with the Antennas Direct Clearstream 1 Max Indoor/Outdoor antenna. Since it has a 40 mile reception range.I mounted the antenna indoors in a window on the East Side of the house. I got good reception with a pretty decent number of channels. But... depending on atmospheric conditions. I found some Channels broadcast from the North-northeast and just outside the 30 mile range. Would start to break up, or drop out completely. Even with the antenna pointed (as best I could) in that direction. So, I decided to try upgrading to the ClearStream MAX-V. Since it has a 60 Mile reception range and a sightly wider Beam Angle. I mounted it Indoors in the exact same location as the Clearstream 1 Max. Low and behold, the signal strength of all channels I'm able to receive Increased. Including those broadcast from the North-northeast more than 30 miles away. That's regardless of atmospheric conditions. Even during a thunderstorm that rolled through the other night. I was still able to watch programs broadcast on those channels from the North-northeast. With no interference or break up at all. So, at least in my area. The ClearStream MAX-V antenna was definitely worth the additional expense. Since I can now save money. By finally cutting the Cord with my Cable Company.

Works pretty good indoors
We got this in hopes of improving HDTV reception on our downstairs TV without having to run an outdoor antenna. We are in Charlotte, NC so there are several stations in our local area, but the TV is located in such a way that the antenna is not pointing strait at any of them. Still, we can pick up probably 20-30 stations. Our TV is inside an entertainment center, so I mounted it with the enclosed hardware to the top back of the cabinet. and it works fairly well. About 10% of the time (more if there is bad weather), we will get pixelating or brief drop-outs. But it's definitely better than the one we had before, that was flexible and mounted to the wall with a tack.I also like that this manufacturer gives you info on free phone apps that show you the stations in your area on a map with how far away and in which direction, so you can point your antenna in the best way to get good reception.

Non-Powered but Strong 💪 Reception, Excellent Picture Quality. Worth the extra $$
This is non-powered/amplified, 60+ mile range, passive antenna that works like rabbit ears on steroids. Compared to the flat, passive 2018 antenna that was adequate up until about a couple weeks ago when almost every channel started stuttering, the quality of this ClearStream 2Max-V UHF/VHF is like streaming in HD. Channels that were once blurry are suddenly clear and enjoyable to watch. Stuttering/pixelating is non-existent or merely a blip if that. Not only do you get a stronger signal and better picture, you also get more channels, or at least I do!. You definitely get what you pay for so the flat, passive antenna I bought in 2018 (see photos) was about $20 back in the day (It's $12 now) and the ClearStream 2Max is a much better, more substantial aerial indoor/outdoor antennal at $60. To be fair, the flat antennal from 2018 is only rated at 35+ miles while ClearStream 2Max is 60+ miles. Mine is mounted indoors and just leaning against a brick wall behind the tv so figure if mounted outside even better reception than what it already pulls. 👍👍

What an improvement over prior OTA antenna in (CMH) metro
Using SlingTV and an AirTV2, assembled in 5 minutes, placed inside window facing direction of the TV stations over the air antennas. Immediately went from a single (often pixilating station) to 7 crystal clear station. The whole process took about 10 minutes. This is an outstanding upgrade. Different TV markets need different antennas, if you're in central Ohio this is the one you want.Do not use: Gesobyte Amplified HD Digital TV Antenna 550+ Miles Long Range Indoor Outdoor - Supports 4K 8K 1080p Fire tv Stick & All TV's - Smart Switch Amplifier Signal Booster - 18ft HDTV Cable/AC Adapter it is poorly suited to central Ohio.

VHF weak
The UHF channels come in strong but the VHF channels are weak and drop out often. I think that the VHF radials are too short

For me it worked much better than expected
The transmission towers are 17 miles away, so I mounted the antenna on a 10' pole to test reception and picked up 119 channels. I laid it on the ground to keep it from falling and found I had the same great reception, so I placed it alongside the other utilities much lower than the 10'. The coax wire going to the distribution panel was right next to where I mounted it and connects to 3 T.V.'s thru a splitter. I also painted it to match the house.

Works great indoors
Bought this antenna off the recommendation of Youtube's AntennaMan. It replaced the almost WORTHLESS antenna that comes with Tablo. The picture shows it on a DIY indoor mounting system I made (from another Youtube video.) All UHF and VHF channels come in crystal clear through the Tablo now.
