We love this product for cleaning our floors and have purchased both the carpet-cleaner version and general house-hold cleaner version (for spot cleaning). With 3 cats and an old-man ferret, we definitely get good use from these!Love the scent -- does not smell chemically and we're not afraid to use it soon before guests are coming over because it actually smells good! Does a good job at cleaning too.Only warning is that this is not very thick -- in a carpet cleaner just be aware of that when setting the flow settings so you get the rate you desire.

Seriously, I've tried everything. Save yourself the time and money from trying them all!Mmmkay, so once I moved into a rental where there was cat pee from a previous tenant that had soaked through the carpet into the subfloor. It also had permeated through the carpet tack strips, floor boards, etc. I don't have words for how awful the smell was and how it felt like walking into a literal cloud of ammonia pee.Anyway...first we had to pull out all the carpet and tack strips (don't forget those if you're replacing the carpet!!!) and then primed the subfloor with some recommended primer from Lowe's (a couple times actually). The smell was still there though. I tried a ton of different store brands for cleaning the pet urine that was still on the walls and baseboards - none of them worked. Finally though...I tried this and It actually cleaned the walls and baseboards enough to get the scent out! It took several treatments bc the smell was so bad, but it worked when none others had, noticeably better even on the first use!I also use this when my dogs occasionally have accidents, and I've also had to use it on human urine from a defiant little 5 year old boy. It removes the smell and any trace of the area every time, and it has a pleasant smell that reminds me of scented pencil erasers. (Random, I know).It never has damaged carpet or the coloring of any surface I've used it on. I seriously buy this in bulk!!! Use it with the carpet shampoo concentrate for a full room refresh. LOVE IT!

I bought this in conjunction with the Kids N Pets Stain and Odor Remover. Since the products work similar and are fantastic together here's the review I wrote for the Odor Remover:This works fantastic on old pee odors! I have a couch that my son loves to sleep on, and unfortunately he has accidents, which is not the problem. The problem is he'll get up, get ready for school, and not tell me about it. Then when I go to sit on the couch it'll smell like pee. It's even worse if we're out of town or something and don't notice it for a few days.I've tried bleach water, vinegar, steam cleaning (which holy cow made it worse), but this stuff is AMAZING! It smells kind of like a cherry car freshener.I do have to say that the older the odor the more you have to use, but it's worth it. I also bought the concentrate for my steam cleaner and between the two my couch smells sooooo much better...no pee smell at all!

Amazing! (I thought) I had a sick cat, had no clue he wad peeing on carpet. But after I had to have him put down, I really started to notice the smell. The reviews were outstanding. As they should have beed. I used it and was ready to call the media ! No smell, what so ever! No stain. Wuh? Then day 8 came. Is that pee? And little by little every spot I had cleaned was stinking again. I had originally bought a blacklight to find the areas, so was able to re-spot them, and remember,no more cat (or any animal). I can't tell you how bummed I am. I think out of 72 reviews,there were 72 5star reviews, what went wrong. So back to the drawing board.

Have been using KIDS N PETS for years on both kids and pets (cats and dog) accidents. Works great for upholstery and carpets - dark and light, synthetic and wool - removing the stains and odors with no color change. I blot out the stain first, then completely oversaturate the area (making sure it penetrates all the way to the carpet padding, let it sit for at least 15 min, then blot out the excess. The same is for old stains, except that I use baby wipes to pre-treat those. The only material it did not work for me on was a straw (sea grass?) woven rug: the product left a permanently "wet" spot on it. Do test on a hidden area before using.

Seems to work well. (It is a replacement product for Natures Miracle who had changed their formula to one that work at all!)

Awesome. I have multiple chemical sensitivities. I had to start living in my jeep because I lost everything due to Lyme disease. One day one of my sweet dogs peed all over my seat! So it was either sleep with the smell of urine or get it chemically cleaned locally and get severe headaches, pain, and cognitive dysfunction. So...I took the smell of urine and researched for a product, found this, prayed as I tried it, and well...the smell was taken care of and I slept without any reaction. THANK YOU! Really, you have no idea how much of a difference this product made for me.

An absolute must if you have a pet! I went away for a week so my son stayed here with the dogs. One is a 90 pound 7 month old pup. In my family room I have wood floors and I have tiny gaps in the floor boards here and there. When I got home, it was like I walked into a kennel! I got my black light out and urine had seeped into the gaps. Everyone I spoke to said I would have to refinish the floors. In a last ditch effort I sprayed all of the areas and let it soak in. Smell is GONE!!
