It was pretty easy to remove and not painful like I was afraid it would be. I'm so glad I finally decided to try this, I will be an integral part of my skin care routine now! I even got my husband to try it and he loved it too! And he never likes any of my beauty products lol!

I haven’t used the charcoal mask but I was reading the ingredients on the snail cream and it contains Triclosan. Triclosan is a known endocrine disruptor and a suspected carcinogen.

Smes great and really works. Have sensitive skin so I cant do my whole face ut love it for the nose and chin. Dries after 15 min if I do a thin one or 25 if I lay it on thick and then peals off without much skin pulling either. Pretty impressed. Nice face mask especially for the price!

Wow. First off, this may make your skin drier, but it comes with a moisturizing cream for after. I have never seen a mask deep clean my pores this way. This stuff is amazing.

I’ve purchased black face masks before and they would irritate my skin, either after peeling it off or I’d wake up the next day with a bunch of small bumps on my face. I was a little worried about this one just because, I’ve had some bad results in the past. I used the traveling packet and let the face mask completely dry, it was easy to peel off and when I touched my skin it was baby booty soft lol. I then washed some of the leftover peel off and added that moisturizing cream it came with. I woke up this morning with some nice skin:) Very happy customer. I will purchase again once I run out. So far, I'm really liking this mask. My face felt cleaner after using it, though I didn't see a ton of gunk stuck to it, but my pores weren't horribly impacted, so that's probably just because there wasn't a whole lot there.ONE word of warning before you use this mask: shave your face. I'm not even kidding. Especially around the jawline and between your nose and upper lip-SHAVE YOUR FACE.I've never used a peel-off mask before, and in addition to cleaning my pores, I'm 99.9% certain I basically waxed my face with this stuff because it didn't occur to me to shave my face and that wasn't in the instructions. Because most likely, they assume you know this stuff and have used similar products before. Heh. Not me. Egads.There wasn't any damage done, but holy Jesus did it sting! (Also, if you forget to shave your face, pulling the mask off slowly is much, much worse than ripping it off fast. Trust me on this.)Overall, I really like the product so far, and the Snail Cream that came with it feels really good, especially if you're a derp like me and end up waxing your face.Also, the shipping was pretty fast; I wasn't expecting it this soon, and it showed up the same day as the silicone wand applicator thingy I had also ordered, which was pretty nice.

I luckily got two orders of this. I was pretty nervous to try it because I suffer from eczema. And my skin has always had some random stinging with certain products. Which scared me and made me nervous. Tried many store bought products too. And most of it hurts.It arrived with the packaging wonderfully done. Neat. Just tried the black mask and snail cream as directed after showering. I’m not used to this scent they have, but it’s very pleasant and calming.Very easy to use and it took about 25 minutes to dry. Pealed off smoothly and didn’t hurt. I have a low pain tolerance. You could see everything it took off, all of the dirt and oils. Gonna keep using it every other day. Hopefully it helps with my blackheads. It did really wellWashed it off and then I used the snail cream which is an absolute delight. Nice way to soothe the skin after a good cleanse. Very light and not messy either. Can feel the smoothness of my face already.Excellent product and brand. Gonna continue in the future. I’m happy I got two orders of this during these troubling times. I’ll try a brush to spread it better and it’ll be even better. I’m really pleased with this. Perfect for hot weather in Hawaii too.
