Rose gold trash can is absolutely beautiful. I've had mine for longer a year so there is rust under the lid in the second picture. I've combined baking soda and vinegar to leave as a paste so I hope this cleans it off later. Something to be aware of as well and the liner inside is great to take off and clean keeping the can as dirt proof as possible.

when you step on the bar to open it does indeed open the lid but if you release the foot pedal, it closes. If the lid does not STAY open until you push the lid backward, I question whether this constitutes touchless. We just got the can so cannot attest to odor control or smudgeproof, but will give the benefit of the doubt. Have not had to clean, but if you use trash can liners, would not expect to be an issue. the internal container lifts out so if a liner breaks, would expect it to be easy.

It's hard to fit a garbage bag into this trash can without the bag tearing! Need recs for compatible garbage bags, please. We're trying various brands of "tall size" bags.

Edit: The company contacted me again and allowed me to pay $20 for a replacement, which i received today. Because of this, I will edit the review to 3 stars.Great looking trash can that doesn’t stand the test of time. No problems until we got to 2 weeks ago, the foot pedal stopped opening the lid perfectly. Within days the foot pedal stopped opening the lid at all. I contacted the company about repair potential and they sent a short reply back saying it’s irreparable. I emailed back asking what customer service they could provide me, and they said there is nothing they can do because the warranty is only for 18 months. I paid $90 for a trash can that should be priced at $20. Don’t waste your money. The most shocking part of the whole experience was how little the company cared with their email correspondence and didn’t bother to offer any suggestions for repair recommendations.

Ther are two large dents on front of trash can.. two small on left on side.. the shipping box was NOT damaged just the can. Otherwise it’sExactly what I need .. Next day10/25/21 went to put trash liner in pull out container and lo and behold both sides of the pull out container has six or seven inch long tears. I am too old to repack and return so am trying gorilla glue to fix but I am totally disgusted with this product.

I like this piece very much. It fit in the space I had with room to spare & certainly seems sturdy, no wobbles or anything. Love, love, love the soft touch close on it. As I said above, I have not had it long enough to really rate the odor elimination yet, so I chose a middle of the road rating because the others were excellent and I expect no less of that aspect. I would recommend it and/or buy it again.

Perfect size for my small kitchen

The bin is a nice size and good quality, as a bin it seems great. A little tricky to attach binbags to the inside of the bin though, we use drawstring bin bags and they dont really stay hidden, they have to stick out outside of the bin when the lid comes down which loses the neatness of the design, even though there is an inner bin. This probably wont be an issue if the circumference of your bin bags are the same as the opening of the bin and can hug tightly around the top.However very disappointed to see that my bin did not come with the Odor Control System filter in the bin lid as stated in the images and videos. This was the main reason I chose to order this item over others i'd seen on the internet, so that is quite frustrating. No way of contacting the distributor to ask for the missing parts and dont want to go through the hassle of arranging collection and return of a bin that came in 2 cardboard boxes that was unnecessarily large.

I purchased it during the Christmas time last year, however after two months lots of oil leaking from the bin resulting in the bin lid out of control along with the annoy sound while the bin lid was shut. I was quite disappointed at this poor quality.

Really liked the bin but after a year the pedal broke which is a shame. If i could get a new one or fix this that would be nice. Seems like these pedals are the longevity thing with these bins. The bin is good but worth max 30£

El producto llegò en tiempo. Tiene un pequeño detalle en la tapadera. No quise regresarlo por eso, es muy pequeño y con los dìas ya no lo notamos. Venìa muy bien empacado, por lo que supongo que el detalle lo tenìa desdea antes. El sistema de cierre silencioso funciona bien, el diseño me gusta, el tamaño es adecuado para una cocina mediana.
