Q: Will this work on mold on leather shoes?

That is a great question. Honestly, we haven't tested this in that way. We have tested it to remove mold stains from many items. It does great at that. We have also tested it on many leather items and it also cleans them very well. My best advise would be to give it a try. Q: Will this work on pet urine?

Not sure if this will remove the urine order. It takes an enzyme cleaner to do that. You can try something like odoban on a cloth. Wipe over the area to remove the urine order then immediately rub down with a damp cloth. Then you the leather cleaner/ conditioner. Hopes this works for you.
