Sargent Art 8oz Liquid Metal Acrylic Paint (Aztec Gold)

THIS right here? THE BEST DAMN metallic gold paint available!!! I've used it on painted & enameled glass + ceramic pieces & on furniture, have painted doors & woodwork with it; basically it's an all-purpose very rich gold paint. This particular shade of Aztec Gold has a lot of red in it, which makes the luxuriousness of the metallics just pop. SUPER awesome for trimming rehabbed furniture pieces!! Has fast dry time and dries matte. I always use a clear coat of water based poly to protect it; it holds up beautifully. I HIGHLY recommend it, but you'd better hurry cuz I'm always buying more of it for my rehabbed pieces!!! I'd throw this paint a party if I could, with confetti & a cake!!

This paint looks fabulous. It is a tasteful gold-- metallic in appearance but muted, not overly shiny. Easy to work with. A little goes a long way.

I was shocked how metallic this paint was. It looks fantastic. I've used Apple Barrel in the past but it can be really iffy and dry funny.This was flawless. I needed it watered down, which was pretty easy to do and didn't change the color or the metallic look. The paint is pretty thick too, so it covers well. I'm totally sold on Sargent paints.

It works beautiful. I used the paint for small sculptures in my little yard, and they look marvelous, long lasting, and have a beautiful gold color that enhances them and make them look rich, not cheap like other gold paints and sprays which I used in the past. It looks a lot better than imitation gold leaf. Love this metal paints and it works great for outdoor objects. Thank you.

It did the job for what I wanted it for, I was using it on my bedroom set to make the handles gold I just painted it white and not a gold paint today handfuls and it came out beautiful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it said Gold Leaf it was much darker diamond gold leaf more like a bronze or copper color.

The media could not be loaded. The seal is defective but doesn't appear to be used. Maybe seal broke from the heat

The paint itself is good, but this color is more yellow than gold. I like the Copper version much better.

This paint is beautiful and solid. It's a lot of fun painting in gold.

i dont usualy like gold but this stuff is beautiful, i bought it for a figure im painting but i also used it on a painting on a wood slab and its absolutely beautiful and covers extremely well, mixes with other colours surprisingly well

Absolutely loved using Sargent gold

The paint quality is really good, just be sure this this the shade of gold you want, because it is way too orangey to look good in a modern home. I ended up mixing it with pale gold to get the colour I wanted for the frames I was painting.

This was a fabulous find. Great value, nice shine and true metallic gold colour.
