need help with setting the filter life i purcashed this machine a year ago still not familar with how it works

Faulty product
Don't really make it a habit of complaining about products, but aside from the ionizer not working. Now I have to drive 30 miles out of the way to the nearest shipping warehouse to return it because there's no pickup or exchange options from the seller.

If water pressure is Not high enough then it won't dispurse high alkaline water.
It is Hard to get one of the connections on.
