The sound amplification is great, they are comfortable to wear, and they are very reasonably priced... Thats the good... The reason(s) Im returning are long, wearing the hearing aides with glasses is really annoying, the arms of your glasses sit on top of the hearing aide... In the time of Covid, we are all wearing masks, which is great, however the elastic strap gets hung up on the hearing tube, every. single . time... so you either have the hearing aide dangling from your mask as you try to find your reading glasses so you can untangle it, or you shoot the hearing aide across a nice restaurant... the sound amplification works straight on, so if you are looking directly at someone speaking to you you can hear, however if you turn your head, it locks (for lack of a better word) on to the too loud music being played and you hear nothing but music... I really wanted to like these, as did my wife...

I liked the price initially, but again, you get what you pay for. The right one stopped charging after only a couple of months. Now the left one will charge, but doesn't last a full day. Really disappointed.

These are pretty good hearing aids. They are sensitive to water. My hair got wet, which in turn got the hearing aid wet and it stopped working. Other than that, they work very well. The volume button has 4 settings, but you put it to 4 and it starts serious feedback, so only up to 3. Also, I would like the volume control to click into place because it moves easily which can be frustrating. The price is good, the charging station is very nice. The sound amplification is good. The 4 settings for the sound are also very nice.

This is my second purchase of this item. The first set of hearing aids worked just fine until they got wet at which time, they ceased to function. Therefore, I purchased a second set. Shortly after starting to use the second set, one of them abruptly quit working. The indications that it is charged works but when turning it on, NOTHING happens. I contacted AMAZON Customer Service and we went through their checklist. They agreed the device was not working and would put me in contact with the third party vendor for a replacement. The vendor is in CHINA. To date, I have heard NOTHING from either AMAZON or the vendor.It is now 4 months since I wrote my previous review and the second (operable) device has failed. So much for the 1 year warranty. I still have not heard NOTHING from the vendor or AMAZON.

I was planning to get a hearing aid for my dad, we when to Costco and ask the price , it is like thousand plus.After saw this on Amazon. We decided to give it a try.According to my dad it did help a lot, all he need to do was to insert it in level #1.5 .and that is it.It take a little time to get used to it because he also wear eyeglass. 2 thing together sometimes will be a little uncomfortable.And we did notice that if we say something behind him he could hear that clearly.We wish they could make it black so it will look like earbucks.

Bought this for my mother-in-law who has a much more expensive hearing aid that is do small she misplaced it all the time. And she has issues with putting in the battery and now it is no longer working. These gave her some hearing when worn but she indicated the sound is tinny so it takes some getting used to. She has had them only a few days so will wait and see if she can adjust to the difference

These controls (on / off, volume) are easy to use and can be operated by touching the device with your ears. When you change the settings, a beep provides feedback.Another advantage is the attached charging base, which works well. When inserted correctly, the LED will turn blue. When fully charged, they turn green. I wear them all day and the battery never runs out.I also have tinnitus, and the extra auditory input of these devices greatly masks the discomfort, so unless I focus on it, it's almost the background. Gratifying relief.Overall, it's a very good product, and the price is only 10% of the price of a professional hearing aid. For me, minor defects are worth the difference in cost.

My dad really liked these, however after a couple of months, one of them stopped charging. I could not reach the support team, even though it comes with a one year warranty. So should we consider these as disposable? I would like a customer support number or site. No such thing exists and so far my efforts to contact the company have been in vain.
