Size B hurts normal male
Bought size B (large) for husband who has ED issues. He's a normal size, but this is way too small even before a partial erection. He couldn't stand it for even 10 seconds or as long as it took to squeeze it on & off again. Wish there were instructions on gauging size. What a waste of $24.00, let alone the disappointment!!

This has to be used with the pump. Unless you can get it up and slip it on without going limp. It does help you maintain an erection. This is very satisfying to you female partner and helps with you with a strong love making session. It is hard to remove after sex and shouldn't be worn longer than 30 minutes. Wash it when done. I have had some bands last longer than oothers. Sometimes they will break after a few uses.
