Best pick I have ever used!
I am 77 and my fingers and palms are always dry and slippery and I drop regular picks often. The blue "Cool" spot solves my life long problem. The only problem I have with them is I keep losing them when I am not using them. Eventually, I find them again laying in plain sight. I must admit, I am partially blind and unless I am looking exactly at them, I can't see um. It is not the picks fault. Also, when I let someone use one, I don't get it back unless I ask them. I often let them have the Cool pick. The blue grip does a good job and always is comfortable and my pick does not rotate on my thumb and fingers. I have a couple of dozen regular picks I never use. They are years old and are brand new. I have never broken a Blue Cool pick or wore one out. I am wondering if the blue spot ever wears out ?

I've wanted something like this for years!
I always preferred acetal polymer picks like this, but hated the texture. I typically have either quality issues or grip issues with more well-known brands. Then, I happened to see these Cool picks at the local music store and immediately fell in love! I bought a couple of heavy picks there (only size they had) and came straight home and ordered a package of mediums from Amazon. The picks are good quality, nice and flat, no sharp corners on the edges. The .80mm thickness of the mediums is exactly what I like. And the grip! I wish I knew of these sooner. I finally found my perfect pick!

Finally a pick with a grip
I have always had issues dropping my picks, especially when playing an acoustic guitar. I just don't naturally grip my picks all that hard and can't seem to get in the habit of doing so. They were always slipping out from my fingers. I somehow ended up with one of these pick Juratex Cool Picks In my small collection over the years. Of all the picks, and there are many, I like this one the best. Simply because I can grip it much better than regular picks. The grip has a sand paper type of texture which works very well. I was not able to find these at local music shops so I turned to Amazon. You will pay more for these but I think they are worth it to keep from losing your pick right in the middle of a song. Your mileage may vary but they work well for me.

AWESOME picks!
I've always loved the "Stealth" version of these because of the sandpaper grip (good luck dropping one of these unless you're literally dripping sweat), but the white on blue is extremely high-vis, and although the pandemic has pretty much ruined live music for the time being, I can only imagine how much easier these will be to find on a dark stage if you drop one. If they were glow-in-the-dark, this would be my perfect pick. Without the glow, still a 9/10.

Currently my favorite pick
I bought these picks because the blue oval-shaped area is the most effective nonslip pick surface I have ever used. It's great to have this secure grip on the pick without having to squeeze the pick very hard. But I also like the stiffness and durability of the pick. Because the pick is thinner than some medium picks, it produces a brighter sound. But the material is unusually stiff, so you still get plenty of volume and punch along with that brighter sound. As a result, strings that have started to "go dead" still sound good. The pick is amazingly durable. I'm just guessing, but after maybe 40 hours of playing, the pick is not so worn that I have any concerns about continuing to use it. I bought eight of these picks, and I think this quantity will last me for years. One other interesting thing: I saw a picture of Bruce Springsteen that had sufficient detail and the right angle that I could see the pick he was using, and it was a pick that looked just like this pick with the blue oval. I think it is the same pick. So it's fun to think that I am using the same unusual pick that Bruce uses.Happy picking!

GOOD SOUND ON STRINGS AND NO SLIPPAGE
I've used dozens of pick types over the years (54 of them) and I have to say these are my favorites. I know sound and tone can be a very subjective thing, but for my taste I think they give a good mellow tone along with maintaining a good balance on voume. So far they are holding up very well and without a lot of bumps and such and stay where they're suppose to - between my index finger and thumb without spinning around or flying off. I can play quite hard at times.

Not Accurate Weight to Similar Picks
These (.80s) are WAY lighter and flimsier than other .80s, especially Delrin. They play about like a Tortex .60. Considering how expensive they are, a more accurate feel would be expected.Aside from that, the grip is great and the picks seem like they might be good for someone who uses lightweight picks.

Good grip, great picks
Great picks, with just the right amount of friction material for a secure grip. Works great on my bass guitar, even during extended jam on Roadhouse Blues. Used to be, about half way through, my fingers got sweaty and my grip was panicky. Very distracting. These picks solved that problem.
