These pair really nicely with my deep bamboo tray. I use them to store herbal and loose leaf teas, neatly organized next to the kettle, ready for our nightly consumption. Fits 4 oz of herbal tea nicely. They are a little small, but then I just leave the bag in the pantry as a top-up source.

These jars are beautiful to look at and feel very nice in your hands. Very solid but not heavy. I’ve gotten many complements on their appearance. The lids do not fit quite as tightly as I would like. They’re easy to remove, so I do think they’re absolutely air tight. I put dog treats among other things, and I fear they might go stale sooner than I’d hoped. I think the jars would be great for things that are used up quickly, or don’t necessarily need to be absolutely sealed.

these are very nice looking and look like glass. easy to clean out. i have ran the just "glass" part of the jar through the dishwasher as needed and holds up very well. The wood top has rubber like seal and the top sits down nicely and secured to the containers

I use these jars to store raisins, chopped nuts and my Splenda packets for coffee. My husband takes oatmeal to work for breakfast so I put the chopped nuts and raisins in the jars for him for easy access in the mornings. They look really nice and are sturdy. I highly recommend these jars to anyone thinking about buying them. They have so many uses!
