They are good for when it is hot out and you want something other than just plan old water.

This is VERY sour lemonade. Maybe it's supposed to be but - Be Ready! :-) Package was pretty crushed as it was shipped in an envelope so all the boxes were flattened, but otherwise it's fine.

Increasing your water intake will be a breeze with these. For me they gave my water the added flavor that I needed in order to guzzle throughout the day!
