Valuetoner Remanufactured Ink Pack Replacement for Epson 902XL 902 XL T902XL120 Used in Workforce C5210 C5290 C5710 C5790 Printer (1 Black)

This ink pack was a good price, fit my printer perfectly, and works well.

As far as I can tell this ink pack works just as well as the name-brand ink but is much less expensive. What's not to like? It works just fine on my WF-C5710 printer.

I used this to replace the original "starter" ink pack that came with my Epson WorkForce Pro WF-C5710. So far, after hundreds of pages printed, it has proven to be equal to the OEM ink. I cannot tell a difference and there have been zero problems. My printer recognized it right away without need to trick it in any way.I have just ordered the companion cyan, yellow, and magenta ink and am hoping for equal quality results.---UPDATE: I now have two 902XL black ink that are defective. For the 1st one, the company has not even acknowledged my email to replace it. My 2nd one happened just this evening. The printer refuses to recognize the new ink. If QC is not improved, I will have to go elsewhere. I have purchased NUMEROUS of these Valuetoner inks without trouble, but when they don't work, I am dead in the water... Please step up your quality control Valuetoner, and please respond and replace my still defective 902XL ink!------March 2022: I now have three black and one cyan that are not accepted by the printer. They are all coming up as unrecognized. Is there a known work around for this problem?One of the black ink they sent me was "keyed" incorrectly. It has an end for the yellow but it's a black ink bag. Crazy.

The printer immediately accepted the replacement ink packet. This is a no brainier, the product works and the price point is unbeatable.

The cartridge is easily installed into my printer. The print quality is every bit as good as the original cartridge at a huge savings. I will order the replacement cartridge again.

The black toner was not recognized by the printer. They sent a new one that did work.

I was excited when the first 3 color Ink Packs worked as they were much more affordable vs. Epson OEM packs. Unfortunately that excitement was quashed when the black pack did not work and was not recognized by the printer. I am getting a replacement, hope it works as black is the most essential color in a printer.

This is the second time I have purchased these and they are plug n play, never had an issue with them or with the chip not being recognized. I highly recommend.
