I do wish the other flavors, like the pizza one, were available as large bags. I love the cheddar, the pepper jack is good, not a huge fan of the gouda because it's so neutral, it doesn't really taste like much of anything. What I have found that's delicious is sprinkling some ranch dressing mix onto it and shaking it up. Then it's like cheddar-ranch. I've done the same with buffalo seasoning and ranch and that's *really* good. I imagine the gouda would work well for this mod since it is so neutral. I have some honey-mustard seasoning... maybe a bag of gouda will make its way here. Overall, this is just a really good product.
