Good value with an excellent flavour. I’ll buy this again.

This is excellent when making bread using oatmeal flour which has very little gluten. You have to have also strong white or strong wholemeal flour too and add around 10g of vital wheat gluten for 500g of flour then either knead for 10 minutes or in a mixer with dough hook attachment for 10 minutes.

I use this to make seitan at home and found it works well. The bag is a bit awkward to reseal so I just fold it and use a bag clip. Have bought this several times as it is good value for money.

Great quality and always great results. I use this in my bread making at least twice a week and am never disappointed

Very easy to work with and clearly good quality. I mainly use it for bread and the results are great. Packaging is solid.

Great for making seitan and this is my go too product of choice. I use the food mixer and it doesn’t come out too tough.
