I like most of this product, and really want to love it, but unfortunately I have to return.The reason is, I keep this in my room, and there isn't a way to fully shut this off unless I inconveniently bend down, fish out the wires and unplug. Because I would use this almost every day, this task would add up and wouldn't be worth adding as a routine. You can turn it off in terms of the temperature, and you would see a flashing blue light. I can't have a flashing blue light continuously go off in the night as I'm trying to sleep :/Pros: I do love the look and sleek design of it, as well as the lights. The heating surface does get quite hot.

Keeps my coffee at proper temperature but: cannot turn unit off from standby by holding flashing blue by pressing and holding flashing blue for 2sec as manual states. Never get a solid black "I" on/off. There is no tech support number or email. Will probably return.

Works well. Keeps my coffee hot for hours. But it doesn't have an automatic shut off.

I bought this for my wife hoping it would keep her coffee hot and it does not. I would recommend using a cup that does not have a large size. Disappointing

Broken (doesn’t heat) after 2 months since purchase and 10-12 uses. Save yourself the effort and skip this product.
