I like it
This is a unique tool that I have been using for wrist curls. It works well with bands and cables. I have also attached it to kettlebells/dumbbells for doing bicep curls...not bad.

Arm Shark products are built by arm wrestlers for the sole purpose of helping you get strong in the right places to dominate competitions. I own theses products. Not only do they perform as advertised, are more affordable than most of the others making similar products. Itβs a little known upstart company, but I promise you itβs worth the risk to try them out. Well worth the money for me!
