Well made J cups
These are sturdy and strong J cups made with 8mm steel sheet. The finish is good and value for money. The dimensions are right for any 72mm square channel rack. Recommended

had purchased an Protoner 4LEGS Adjustable Squat Stand.. was not able to do lower and declined bench press in it.. so bought this and drilled an hole in this stand so that it would fit this j cup. cost of stand 2.5k + cost of j cup 1.5k . drilling charges rs 50/- .. for 4k you have an full fledged squat and bench press stand🙂

Good pair of Jcups for 72mmx72mm uprights
The jcups are exactly as shown in the pictures. The description has the dimensions wrong, these jcups are for 72mmx72mm pipe. The pin is of 16mm dia, it fitted perfectly on my custom made rack. The original price for the pair is 1399Rs. You can probably get it for ~200rs lesser in the local market.
